Each of our tax preparers and quality reviewers earns an IRS Volunteer Income Tax Certification and provides at least 3 hours of service each week during the tax season.
Every volunteer participating in our program must sign an IRS Form 13615, Volunteer Standards of Conduct Agreement - VITA/TCE Programs. This agreement requires us to provide high-quality service and uphold ethical standards.
